Myrtle Burl Cheese Board
This one of a kind 360 degree live edge cheese board is made from Myrtle wood burl, a beautiful tree species only found in Oregon, and is highly figured with amazing curls. It measures approximately 14.5 inches long x 12 inches wide x .75 inch thick. It features a carved inset handle for easy carrying.
The board is sealed with a combination of food-grade mineral oil and organic beeswax to protect it from moisture and bring out its beautiful, deep tones. No dyes or stains were used. Occasional maintenance with cutting board or butcher block conditioners (oils, wax, etc.) are recommended. Our own blend of food-safe oil and wax will be included with purchase of the board. Directions for care and washing will also be included.
